Customers may request a refund or cancellation at any time.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided for the amount of time the customer has not used the service in the case of annual payments.
For monthly payments if the request is made before the next cycle the following cycle will not be due.
Cancellations
For customer services that have no been provisioned a full refund will be provided in addition to the cancellation. In the case of a request after provisioning has occurred, refund rules will apply.
NOTE: You must request account cancellation through your user dashboard or a support ticket with the e-mail of your account. E-mails from non-account e-mails or e-mails to general information cannot be accepted for security concerns - you would not want another person e-mailing us and cancelling your account - if you have lost your password use the "Forgot Password" option to recover it.
